Total Care Recruitment are in search of a Compliance Officer to join our Lurgan Office Team. This role entails ensuring compliance with regulations and internal policies regarding applicant processing for roles and ongoing compliance of existing employees.

 

This role 

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing high volumes of applications until candidates are employment-ready
  • Monitoring ongoing compliance with regulations for employees

 

Job Duties:

  • Advertising postings on various platforms
  • Establishing applicant files manually and digitally
  • Verifying completeness of applicant documents
  • Contacting companies for employment references
  • Scheduling training sessions for candidates
  • Conducting Access NI checks
  • Maintaining weekly compliance for staff and processing relevant documents
  • Keeping meticulous records
  • Assisting Consultants with daily paperwork

Requirements:

  • At least 12 months of office experience
  • Previous experience handling large volumes of paperwork
  • Strong customer service and telephone etiquette
  • Proficiency in computer applications
  • Ability to complete tasks and be accountable for unfinished work

  • £25000 per annum (3 months probation period)
