Quality Control Operative

Job Description

We are currently recruiting Clothing Quality Control Operatives to join a busy warehouse operation based in Antrim. This is a full-time role working a 4 days on / 4 days off shift pattern.

The successful candidate will be responsible for inspecting clothing and textile products to ensure they meet company quality standards before dispatch. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, consistency, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Inspect garments for defects, damage, or quality issues
• Check stitching, sizing, labelling, and overall presentation
• Ensure products meet company and customer quality standards
• Remove or report faulty or non-compliant items
• Repack and prepare approved stock for dispatch
• Maintain accurate records of quality checks completed
• Follow Health & Safety procedures at all times
• Maintain a clean and organised work area

Essential Criteria

• Right to work in the UK
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good organisational skills
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic

Desirable

• Previous experience in quality control or warehouse operations
• Experience working with clothing or textiles
• Understanding of basic quality standards and inspection processes
