Location: Ballymena, BT42 4QH
Pay: £13.00 – £13.50 per hour
Job type: Temporary (permanent and temporary roles available)
Hours: Variable 32–48 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 05:00–14:00 or 06:00–15:00. Flexibility for overtime and Saturdays is essential.

TCR Staffing Solutions is recruiting Production Operatives for a precast concrete manufacturer in Ballymena. You will prepare moulds, pour concrete and produce planned products to the daily production plan, while working safely and to high standards.

Responsibilities

• Work in line with SHEQ requirements and company Health & Safety policies.
• Support Operational Excellence and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Work with your team to deliver the daily production plan.
• Complete all required training.
• Report to the Team Leader.
• Complete timesheets and production records accurately.
• Maintain good housekeeping and a clean, tidy work area.
• Be flexible and work across different areas within Production as needed.

Essential

• Experience in a manufacturing, construction or agricultural environment.
• Understanding of Health & Safety.
• Flexible approach to work, including overtime and Saturdays.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to keep a clean work area.
• Good written and spoken English.

Desirable (training provided)

• Experience on civil engineering projects.
• Ability to read technical drawings.
• Experience using hand, air and power tools.
• Forklift or overhead crane licence.
• CSR, First Aid or Fire Warden training.
