Production Operative – Concrete

Pay: £14.50 per hour

TCR Staffing Solutions is recruiting Production Operatives for our client’s concrete products site in Omagh. You’ll support the preparation, assembly and handling of concrete products, use tools safely, follow work instructions and keep your work area organised, helping the production team keep a steady, reliable workflow.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare materials and components for concrete production and assembly, following instructions and checking items are ready for use.
- Use hand tools and power tools appropriately to complete production tasks and assist with assembling products.
- Move, organise and store materials in the work area, following safe handling practices and keeping the workspace tidy.
- Check finished work for visible issues and report equipment or product concerns to the relevant colleague.
What we’re looking for
- Practical ability to follow instructions and work carefully with materials.
- Able to use hand tools and power tools safely and help with assembly tasks.
- Mechanical knowledge is helpful for understanding equipment and spotting issues.
- Warehouse, production or assembly experience is an advantage.
