Job Title: Healthcare Assistant (Full-Time hours across 3 x Nights p/w)
Location: Nursing Home, Banbridge
Pay Rate: £13 p/h
About the Role:
We are currently recruiting two Full-Time night shift Healthcare Assistants to join our dedicated care team in a nursing home based in Banbridge. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference in residents’ lives by providing high-quality care and support throughout the night.
Key Responsibilities:
– Assist residents with personal care tasks such as washing, dressing, and toileting.
– Support residents with mobility and ensure comfort and safety.
– Monitor and record residents’ wellbeing, reporting any concerns to senior staff.
– Maintain a clean, safe, and caring environment.
– Work collaboratively as part of a professional and compassionate team.
Requirements:
– Previous experience in a healthcare or nursing home setting is desirable but not essential.
– A caring, empathetic, and patient attitude.
– Strong communication and teamwork skills.
– Up-to-date training or willingness to complete training as required.
