WE ARE HIRING: Catering Supervisors (Band 3)
Location: Craigavon Area Hospital (CAH)
Vacancies: 2 x Permanent Posts (Immediate Start)
Looking for a supervisory role in healthcare catering? We are recruiting 2 Catering Supervisors to join our support team at Craigavon Area Hospital.
Available Hours & Rotas (37.5 hours per week):
- Post 1: 5 days out of 7 (rotational, including every other weekend)
- Post 2: Monday to Friday (rotational shifts between 7:30am – 8:00pm)
What You Need to Apply (Essential Criteria):
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a customer or patient service role (Healthcare or Hospitality industry)
- Willingness to complete Level 2 Food Safety in Catering training
- Full UK driving licence with access to a car (or Trust-approved transport)
- Flexibility to work rotational shifts between 7:30am – 8:00pm
Key Duties:
- Lead daily dining room, coffee bar, and patient meal services
- Maintain strict HACCP, allergen control, and food hygiene standards
- Assist with staff rotas, training, quality audits, and cash handling
