We are currently recruiting for two Catering Assistants to join our team, working within our dish wash area.
The Role
You will play an important part in supporting the catering team by ensuring that dishes, utensils and kitchen equipment are cleaned efficiently and that the dish wash area is kept clean, organised and hygienic.
Hours: 32.5 hours per week
Shift times:
• 7:30am – 2:30pm
• 1:00pm – 8:00pm
There will also be occasional weekend working as part of the role.
Key Responsibilities
• Washing and cleaning dishes, crockery, cutlery and kitchen equipment
• Keeping the dish wash area clean and organised
• Supporting the wider catering team as required
• Following food hygiene, health and safety procedures
• Ensuring a high standard of cleanliness is maintained at all times
• Working efficiently as part of a busy catering team
About You
We are looking for reliable, hardworking individuals who can work well as part of a team and are comfortable working in a busy environment.
Previous catering, kitchen or cleaning experience would be beneficial, but training will be provided where required.
