Bank Support Worker

BANK SUPPORT WORKERS – FLEXIBLE SHIFTS ACROSS NORTHERN IRELAND

 

Total Care Recruitment Ltd is recruiting experienced Support Workers to join our growing bank team, with flexible shifts available across a wide range of services throughout Northern Ireland.

 

We have opportunities within:

 

Childrens residential services

Adult residential services

Supported living services

Housing support services

Homelessness services and hostels

Learning disability services

Mental health and complex needs services

Community and outreach support

Family and young people’s services

 

What we’re looking for:

 

Applicants must:

 

Be registered with NISCC or meet the requirements to register

Have previous experience working within a support/care environment

Hold the minimum relevant qualification required for the service/role typically a recognised Level 2 qualification in Health & Social Care or equivalent, with some services requiring Level 3 or above

Be able to work safely and professionally with vulnerable adults, children and/or young people.

Have a good understanding of safeguarding, confidentiality and professional boundaries.

Be reliable, flexible and able to work as part of a multidisciplinary team
