Pay: From £13.00 per hour
TCR Staffing Solutions is recruiting Bank Healthcare Assistants to provide care-home cover across the locations above.
We are looking for caring, reliable people to support residents and provide emergency cover when required. Bank shifts are offered according to service needs and your availability.
Your role
- Support residents with personal care, meals and everyday routines.
- Encourage independence, dignity and choice.
- Provide reassurance, companionship and support with activities.
- Work alongside nursing and care staff to meet residents’ individual needs.
Essential requirements
- Current NISCC registration must be in place before applying, as these roles include emergency cover.
- Aged 18 or over.
- Eligible to work in the UK.
- Able to undertake the physical duties of the role, with reasonable adjustments where appropriate.
- A caring approach and respect for residents’ dignity.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- An understanding of the care-assistant role and a willingness to learn.
Desirable
- Previous paid or unpaid experience supporting people with daily living.
- NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care, or an equivalent qualification.
