Healthcare Assistant – Private Care Home
Location: Ballynahinch, County Down
Pay: £13.00 per hour

Hours: 3 shifts across the week, Monday–Sunday
TCR Staffing Solutions is recruiting Healthcare Assistants to join a friendly, well-established private care home in Ballynahinch. If you’re a caring, compassionate person who enjoys making a real difference in people’s lives, we’d love to hear from you.
As a Healthcare Assistant, you’ll provide high-quality, person-centred care to residents, helping them maintain their dignity, independence and wellbeing while working as part of a supportive care team.
Your responsibilities
- Provide personal care and daily living support.
- Promote dignity, independence and choice.
- Monitor residents and report any concerns.
- Maintain accurate care records.
