Assistant Bar Manager – Events & Live Entertainment Venue
Location: Belfast City Centre
Salary: £30,000 per year
Job type: Full-time, 40 hours per week
Benefits: Summer and Christmas bonus, 28 days’ annual leave and pension
TCR Staffing Solutions is recruiting an Assistant Bar Manager to join a busy, well-established events and live entertainment venue in Belfast.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong bar management experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced events environment, including live shows and large-scale events.
What we’re looking for
- A minimum of 2 years’ supervisory or management experience within a busy bar, nightclub or live music environment.
- Strong people and shift management skills.
- Experience with stock control, cashing up and daily operations.
- Comfortable using Excel.
- Confident managing a team in a busy, customer-focused environment.
