Team Leader – Band 5

Pay: From £15.88 per hour

Hours: 37.5 hours per week
TCR Staffing Solutions is recruiting a Team Leader (Band 5) for our client’s Recruitment & Selection service in Armagh. You will lead a busy recruitment team supporting Health and Social Care services, and be the first point of contact for candidates beginning their Health Service career.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team delivering recruitment and selection for Health and Social Care services.
- Manage workloads and prioritise work to meet agreed targets and timelines.
- Resolve recruitment queries and ensure a fair, efficient service.
- Develop, design or deliver training for team members.
Essential criteria
- A relevant degree or professional qualification and one year’s experience in a recruitment environment within a large multidisciplinary organisation; or three years’ experience in such an environment.
- Experience overseeing or leading a team to deliver results in a target-driven environment.
- Experience using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or equivalent.
- Experience developing, designing or delivering training.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and organisational skills; able to work independently and as part of a team.
