Domestic Services Supervisor – Band 3

📣 WE’RE RECRUITING – DOMESTIC SERVICES SUPERVISOR (BAND 3)

TCR Staffing Solutions is recruiting for a temporary agency assignment within the Southern Health and Social Care Trust.

💷 Pay: From £12.75 per hour
🕒 Hours: 25–30 hours per week
📅 Rota: Monday–Sunday, including weekends
⏰ Shifts: Between 7am and 8pm
📍 Work location: In person

You’ll supervise domestic cleaning staff, organise workloads and help maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety and infection prevention across hospital areas.

Applicants must have:

✅ At least 2 years’ customer or patient service experience within healthcare or hospitality
✅ Strong organisational and communication skills, with the ability to supervise and motivate a team
✅ An understanding of health and safety, including COSHH
✅ Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
✅ A full UK-valid driving licence and access to a car, subject to the Trust’s disability-related exemption
✅ Willingness to complete relevant training, including Level 2 Food Safety in Catering

Previous cleaning or housekeeping supervisory experience and knowledge of hospital cleaning standards are desirable.
