Job Title: Healthcare Assistant (Full-Time Days)
Location: Private Nursing Home, multiple locations across Down.
Pay Rate: £13
About the Role:
We are currently recruiting a Full-Time Day and Night Healthcare Assistants to join our dedicated care team in private nursing homes based in County Down. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference in residents’ lives by providing high-quality care and support throughout the day.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist residents with personal care tasks such as washing, dressing, and toileting.
Support residents with mobility and ensure comfort and safety throughout the day.
Monitor and record residents wellbeing, reporting any concerns to senior staff.
Maintain a clean, safe, and caring environment.
Work collaboratively as part of a professional and compassionate team.
Requirements:
Previous experience in a healthcare or nursing home setting is desirable but not essential.
A caring, empathetic, and patient attitude.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to work day shifts and remain alert and focused throughout.
Up-to-date training or willingness to complete training as required.
