Job Description
Total Care Recruitment Ltd is recruiting an experienced Team Secretary to support the Community Mental Health Team in Larne. This is a full-time temporary position for an initial period of two months, with the potential for extension depending on service requirements.
The successful candidate will provide professional secretarial and administrative support to the team, including reception duties, handling enquiries, and maintaining accurate records. The role requires strong typing skills, excellent organisation, and a professional approach when dealing with confidential information in a busy healthcare environment.
Criteria
Essential:
• Right to work in the UK
• Previous experience in a secretarial or administrative role
• Excellent typing and organisational skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle confidential information professionally
Desirable:
• Experience working in a healthcare or mental health setting
• Experience taking minutes in meetings and producing accurate records
