Job Description
Total Care Recruitment Ltd is currently recruiting Cooks to join the Catering Department within Antrim. This is a full-time temporary Band 3 position for an initial six-month period.
The successful candidates will be responsible for preparing and cooking meals, supporting daily kitchen operations, and maintaining high standards of hygiene and food safety in line with hospital procedures. This role requires a strong understanding of safe food handling, cleanliness, and working efficiently within a busy kitchen environment.

Criteria
Essential:
• Right to work in the UK
• Previous experience as a Cook or in a similar catering role
• Ability to maintain high standards of food hygiene and cleanliness
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and follow procedures
• Good communication and teamwork skills
Desirable:
• Experience working in a hospital or healthcare catering setting
• Food Hygiene certificate (Level 2 or above)
• Knowledge of allergens and special dietary requirements
