We are seeking an exceptional Registered Manager to lead a children’s residential home built on trauma-informed, relationship-based care.

What You’ll Do:

You will lead from the front, creating a culture of care, safety and consistency:

• Inspire and support a dedicated residential care team
• Ensure the highest standards of safeguarding and compliance
• Create a nurturing, structured and therapeutic environment
• Build strong relationships with families, Trusts and professionals
• Lead care planning, team development and reflective practice
• Drive quality, continuous improvement and positive outcomes

Who You Are:

You are a confident, compassionate leader who believes in the power of high-quality residential care.

You will bring:

• A Social Work qualification and NISCC registration
• Strong experience in residential childcare
• Proven leadership and team management skills
• A deep understanding of trauma-informed practice and safeguarding
