Established in 2016 and taken over by the current owner in 2018 Total Care Recruitment Ltd is currently owned and managed by qualified Social Workers which makes us uniquely positioned to recruit for the Health and Social Care Sector in Northern Ireland. Having experienced a period of sustained growth, doubling our sales each year, we are looking forward to significant expansion over the next few years. We are therefore on the lookout for an exceptional, highly motivated, energetic individual to become part of our Senior Management Team and contribute to the future development and expansion of the business.

We are looking for someone who is an experienced Healthcare Recruitment Professional ready for their next challenge who will support organisations in supplying staff across several areas such as Children and Adult Care Homes, Supported Living Services, Substance Misuse Services, Mental Health Services and Statutory and Private Hospitals. Currently specialising in Healthcare Assistants and Support Workers you will have the opportunity to work with Health & Social Care Trust’s, and both the Voluntary and Private Sectors to grow the Company daily.

You should have full recruitment lifecycle management experience and be confident in recruitment marketing strategies, compliance and candidate engagement. We're looking for someone with an innovative approach to recruitment and retention who can drive our brand as the recruitment employer of choice and ultimately contribute to the growth of the business. You will be confident with IT, digital communication and marketing techniques with a positive driven attitude to business growth.

THE ROLE

  • As part of the Senior Management Team this is also a hands-on position with the main objective of successfully managing the day to day operations of the team to assist you in further developing and growing the business;
  • To manage the day-to-day operations of a team of recruitment staff including monitoring KPI & SLA performance across the services and identifying areas of improvement;
  • Identify and bring on board new clients including identification of potential contracts;
  • Build brand awareness with social network and marketing activity;
  • Compose quality, well-written content for job advertisements, email marketing & social media material;
  • Take the lead in marketing events including attendance at recruitment fairs etc;
  • Lead frontline onboarding strategy to ensure consistent improvement in the time it takes for applicants to move through the process and start work as compliant employees;
  • Provide advice, guidance and support to your recruitment team on all recruitment related matters, assisting with attraction strategies and recruitment strategies, including marketing, advertising roles, interviewing skills and techniques;
  • Identify improvements and streamline processes where applicable;
  • Assist with conduct investigation, disciplinary and grievance meetings as appropriate.

ESSENTIAL CRITERIA

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience working in a Senior role in a Health Sector Recruitment Position with experience in the key roles identified above;
  • You must have a proven track record of identifying, meeting and exceeding sales targets and bringing on board new clients;
  • Experience and proven track record of business development strategies;
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire, lead and hold staff to account;
  • Experince in managing a team of staff
  • Knowledge of employment law relating to Agency Workers in Northern Ireland;
  • Working knowledge of the REC Standards and Code of Practice.
  • Third level qualification or equivalent in a related field for example HR; Business Administration; Management;
